Last week, members of the One.site team had the pleasure of attending the Housebuilder Awards 2025 at the InterContinental O2. One.site was shortlisted as a finalist for Product of the Year - a huge milestone for us, and a moment of pride for everyone who has helped build and support our platform over the years.
Although we didn't win this time, being recognised among some of the most forward-thinking products in housebuilding was an achievement in itself.
The evening was a brilliant opportunity to celebrate the progress being made across the housebuilding sector. From new technologies to standout developments, the awards highlighted the breadth of innovation happening throughout the industry.
We were especially pleased to be joined by guests from Crest Nicholson and Cala Homes. Their support and partnership have been a huge part of our journey, and sharing the night with them made the event more special.
Beyond the awards themselves, the evening offered valuable opportunities to connect with peers, catch up with familiar faces, and spark new conversations. Events like this remind us how important it is to spend time with the wider industry, understand what others are working on, and continue building relationships that help shape the future of construction and housebuilding.
For the One.site team, being a finalist is a milestone worth celebrating. It reflects the effort behind the product, the trust from our customers, and the impact One.site is making across live construction sites every day.
We left the event energised and excited for what's ahead and maybe next year we will be winners, not just finalists.
